Concert etiquette for visitors

 Dear concert visitor!

We wish you a pleasant time at our concerts! When visiting our concert halls, please pay attention to some good practices:
  • Please arrive on time and find your seat in the hall. If you need assistance, please ask one of the ushers. Latecomers cannot enter the hall, but if possible, are initially directed onto the balcony.
  • Please leave your overcoats in the wardrobe; the service is free.
  • Please bear in mind that the recommended dress code in our concert halls is formal or festive.
  • Please switch off your mobile phones during the concert.
  • Photographing and recording the concert is only permitted upon a prior agreement with the organiser and performer.
  • In the interests of all concert visitors, please do not bring pre-school children to the concert. If you still decide to bring your little music lover to the concert, please buy him or her a ticket.
  • Smoking in the concert hall rooms is prohibited.
  • If you wish to share your concert experience with us, you can do so by sending an e-mail to Your opinion matters to us!

Thank you!
